First things first, the Totally Sound team need to know exactly what functionality you need. To do this we will do a site survey at no cost so that we can design a system that will best meet your requirements. We take into consideration not only the functionality you require, but also your budget, any aesthetic requirements and any long term plans you may have for expanding the system in the future.

System Design

Next, you get to relax while our team goes to work designing your system and preparing a detailed quotation for your consideration. Should you accept the quote, we get the ball rolling by ordering in the products best suited to your application. We do not have a warehouse full of products we are trying to sell, we simply maintain close relationships with industry leading manufacturers so we can supply the best product we can for your application and budget.

Hardware Installation

This is when it all becomes a bit more exciting. Our dedicated team will liaise closely with you to determine the best window of opportunity for installation. Our goal will be to complete the installation process in a timely, neat and safe manner. We only use quality cables and connectors, it is often the little things that are important.

Commissioning

So now it looks good, but there is still work to be done. Time to test and tune and check all the applications are in top working order.

Training

Yes this does involve you, or at least the people who will be working closely with the new system. No need to be daunted by this though, our team are very used to training people from a wide range of backgrounds, even those with no sound, lighting or audiovisual knowledge. We are close by too, so we can help you out if you don’t remember it all straight away. For more complex systems, we can provide basic support documentation, providing a step by step simple guide for the main functionality required.

Maintenance and Servicing

Just like your car, your new system may perform for longer and better if it gets the occasional service. Totally Sound has an in-house repair and service technician who can help you with repairs and maintenance. Just call and ask for Kym.
