Beefex on the Gold Coast 2010

Derek has just returned from another trip to the East.  Esther, from Esther Price Promotions came up with the usual list of challenges for the Beefex Conference, not least of which was a horse on stage and a ‘masterchef’ style cook off!  The conference was held at Royal Pines Resort and culminated in a Gala Dinner on the final evening.
