Dairy Innovation Day 2019

It is a dairy, but not as you know it! The new robotic dairy at Bannister Downs Dairy and Creamery hosted this years Dairy Innovation Day. The crew headed out to Northcliffe to work alongside Dean and the team from Lomax Media and Jess Andony and Esther Price from Western Dairy. The event showcases some of the latest innovations in the dairy business and provides an opportunity for networking.

No, it was not all drinking wine and frivolities! But it was nice to work with old friends.

There were a few challenges, not least of which was building AV in the middle of a working robotic rotary dairy. The conference included live crosses from various locations on the property, including drone feeds from Lomax Media. The event culminated in a Gala Dinner at the Pemberton Sports Club.
