Keeping Busy in the Winter Months

We usually expect things to slow down a little in winter at Totally Sound, but it has not really happened this year.  Walter and the lads have done a major overhaul of the factory and it is now looking very organised and super neat, creating much needed work space.

We had a terrific response to our advertisement for a new team member. It was a pleasure to interview such an amazing group of candidates.  Brendon Clapp was the successful applicant and has now been with us for over a month.  He is going to do the two year on the job Certificate lll in Music (Technical Production) in conjunction with Central TAFE in Leederville.

Work has continued as usual through the changes.  The team have been kept busy with an interesting array of installations and lots of conferences to stimulate the mind.  Derek has done a bit of travelling in the last couple of months, having worked on the Australian Dairy Conference in Geelong and ‘Lambex 2014’ at the Adelaide Show grounds. The team thoroughly enjoyed working with the ‘Men of Song’ at the all new ‘Cube’ in the Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre.  Of course the annual South West Small Business Awards was another highlight, this year at the newly refurbished Lighthouse Beach Resort.
